The Farmer's Collective, a new storefront in Rhinebeck at 6384 Mill Street, offers a place for local and regional farmers to send what they produce on consignment so that it can be sold directly to consumers. The store is currently open Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

 

Willem Jan Rote, the owner of Coach Farm, in partnership with Jaimie Cloud, the owner of Miracle Springs Farm, have come up with a mutually-beneficial proposition for producers and consumers in the area to help with access to local, healthy food during the current pandemic crisis and beyond.

 

Local and regional food and flower farms and artisan producers are participating. The store carries local cheeses, dairy, meat, vegetables, fruit, mushrooms, flowers, preserves/canned/jar goods, baked goods and more.
